Yeah! To-day was a great day...
To-day our daughter passed her driving test! So she is now "footloose & fancy-free"! We are absolutely delighted for her as she failed her theory part 3 times, but she passed the practical first time, so well done my wonderful girl!
Also to-day I was featured by the lovely Jenna from Sew Happy Geek with my wee Delightful Dresden Tutorial, so thankyou , thankyou, thankyou! I'm so honoured & thrilled to have been highlighted, go on check it out here: http://sewhappygeek.co.uk/index.php/2011/09/09/features-a-swap-sign-up-a-button-for-your-blog/
Tonight we all went out for a meal with my mum & dad to celebrate & I thought you all would like to join in the celebrations... so I have a quick quiz for you:
What do you think is the Christian name of my daughter?
If you guess correctly I will send you this cozy, snuggley pattern in the post:
The quiz will close at 12MD on Sunday when I will announce the winner/winners. Good Luck!
Hope you all have a lovely weekend!
Karen

ReplyDeleteCongratulations to your daughter for passing her test....I failed my theory three times....on the same question...mainly because I'd started to learn how to drive in the UK and then returned home to Australia where the rules are a bit different...but I passed my practical first time...sound familiar? lol
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking that her name might be Carrie, short for Charisma perhaps? lol Just figured that with all the patterns you have available in your Artfire store, there was a reason why you picked the lovely one that you did!
Hugs
Naomi
