Let's Celebrate!

Yeah! To-day was a great day...

To-day our daughter passed her driving test! So she is now "footloose & fancy-free"! We are absolutely delighted for her as she failed her theory part 3 times, but she passed the practical first time, so well done my wonderful girl!

Also to-day I was featured by the lovely Jenna from Sew Happy Geek with my wee Delightful Dresden Tutorial, so thankyou , thankyou, thankyou! I'm so honoured & thrilled to have been highlighted, go on check it out here: http://sewhappygeek.co.uk/index.php/2011/09/09/features-a-swap-sign-up-a-button-for-your-blog/

Tonight we all went out for a meal with my mum & dad to celebrate & I thought you all would like to join in the celebrations... so I have a quick quiz for you:
What do you think is the Christian name of my daughter?
If you guess correctly I will send you this cozy, snuggley pattern in the post:
The quiz will close at 12MD on Sunday when I will announce the winner/winners. Good Luck!
Hope you all have a lovely weekend!
PS Thanks to all of you who have commented & entered for the giveaway, if you haven't, check out the previous post & let me know what you think of my wee Artfire Studio. Thanks

  1. I'm wondering whether it's Lila but such a gorgeous girl could carry off any name - please pass on my congratulations! Well done on being featured on Sew Happy Geek - I'm off for a look!

  2. Congratulations to your daughter - I remember the amazing feeling of having passed my driving test. I`m going for `Alison`...don`t ask me why!

  3. would it be Charisma by any chance

  4. I bet it is one of those Irish names spelt like Psffwgh and pronounced Kelly!

  5. Congratulations to Niamh??? or perhaps Roisin??

  6. Don't count this but the word verification in my previous post was sallysu!

  7. Hmmmm Katy? Congratulations to daughter anyway!

  8. Hmmm is it congrats to Anna?

  9. Congrats to your tute K and many congrats to your beautiful daughter too! How about Beccy? Jxo

  10. Congratulations to your daughter for passing her test....I failed my theory three times....on the same question...mainly because I'd started to learn how to drive in the UK and then returned home to Australia where the rules are a bit different...but I passed my practical first time...sound familiar? lol

I'm thinking that her name might be Carrie, short for Charisma perhaps? lol Just figured that with all the patterns you have available in your Artfire store, there was a reason why you picked the lovely one that you did!

  11. I'm going to guess Samantha.
